Terms & Conditions – Renlaw Heritage Month Braai Competition
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Renlaw Heritage Month Braai Competition (“the Competition”). By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the rules set out below.

1. Promoter
The promoter of the Competition is Renlaw (Pty) Ltd, based in Cape Town, South Africa.

2. Competition Period
The Competition runs from 5 September 2025 to 30 September 2025.
Entries received after midnight on 30 September 2025 will not be considered.
Winners will be announced on 1 October 2025 via Renlaw’s official communication channels.—
3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Renlaw, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
Participants may gain entries through the following actions:
For RENLAW Customers:
Google Review = 5 entries
Product enquiry or order = 5 entries*
Follow + Like + Tag friends on social media = 1 entry
Sign up to newsletter = 2 entries
For Non-Customers:
Complete the online capture form = 3 entries
Follow + Like + Tag friends on social media = 1 entry
All valid entries will be tallied, and winners will be selected at random.
*One order and/or enquiry (5 entries) per customer.
No purchase is required to enter.

5. Prizes
First Prize: 4 Burner Patio gas braai and limited edition braai accessories.
Second Prize: Free-standing charcoal kettle braai and limited edition braai accessories.
Runner Up Prizes (x3): No. 3 Potjie pot and limited edition braai accessories.
* Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
* Renlaw reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or similar value should circumstances require.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be chosen via random draw from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on **1 October 2025**.
Winners will be contacted directly via the details provided upon entry.
If a winner cannot be reached within 7 working days, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner may be drawn.
Renlaw will NEVER ask for your banking details.
Social Media channels, Megamaster, and other prize brands are in no way affiliated with this competition.

7. Publicity
By entering the Competition, participants agree that Renlaw may use their name and/or photograph for promotional purposes related to the Competition, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Data Protection
Personal information collected for the Competition will be used solely for administration of the Competition and will not be shared with third parties unrelated to this purpose.
By entering, participants consent to their data being used in accordance with Renlaw’s privacy policy.

9. General
Renlaw reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
